Participants may attend open, pre-scheduled events jointly with other companies, or alternatively, small group seminars or workshops can be scheduled for a number of in-house staff including programs for clients of smart card vendors. These can be custom designed where necessary, using standard or specially developed components and the programs run "in-house" or outsourced via DotInDots throughout Asia Pacific. Specialised replicable training, such as sales training, can be designed and outsourced throughout Asia Pacific.

the Marketing & Financial Business Case
An intense one day hands-on workshop that goes through both the qualitative and quantitative elements of smart card business cases. The workshop helps participants understand the line items required to build smart card financial business cases using an excel spreadsheet template, as well as addressing the smart card related qualitative & marketing issues. A great opportunity for attendees to gain real world tangible experience in writing a smart card business case and take this knowledge away with them on disk. The course is designed for marketing and business managers and planners with little smart card knowledge, but with strong business and analytical skills, and requires each participant to bring their own laptop. The workshop can be run in a number of different formats, as an "In House" brain storming exercise, as a tool for vendors to use to assist clients, or as an industry development tool to be used by industry associations or Government industry development authorities. Smart Cards - Non-Technical Introduction A half day seminar providing the basics of smart card technology for non-technical and marketing staff. Usually run "In House" the session is designed as an introduction to the business development workshop or brain-storming session, this short introduction will enable participants to understand the basics of smart cards, including:

Failures and successes, what works & what does not.
Simple explanations of the key technical issues
The roles of the different vendors in the industry
